FitForza ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account: email, name, password (stored hashed on our servers)
- Wellness data: check-ins, journal entries, goals, activity logs, mood — tied to your account
- Savings: contribution amounts and balance (if you join membership)
- Coach chats: messages you send to the AI wellness coach
- Technical: IP address (for security and rate limiting), device type
How we use it
To provide the app, sync your data across devices, send verification emails, and improve our service. We do not sell your health data.
AI coach
Messages may be processed by Google Gemini to generate wellness responses. Do not share medical diagnoses or emergency information — the coach is not a doctor.
Your rights
You can view, export, or delete your account and data from the app (Settings → Delete account). Contact us to request data deletion via the web.
Security
Passwords are hashed. API traffic uses HTTPS. Access tokens expire regularly. See our security documentation for technical details.
